Full-Stack Lead Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver scalable enterprise applications using Python, Django, Django REST Framework, FastAPI, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Own solution design across application, data, and integration layers.
• Design secure REST APIs, authentication and authorization flows, and system integrations.
• Build and optimize database solutions with PostgreSQL, Cloud SQL, Django ORM, caching, and query optimization.
• Architect and deploy cloud-native applications on GCP using Cloud Run/GKE, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, IAM, and Cloud Storage.
• Lead code reviews, engineering standards, CI/CD, production troubleshooting, developer mentoring, and collaboration with Product, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience designing and developing scalable applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Django, Django REST Framework, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with REST APIs, application security, PostgreSQL, Django ORM, and query optimization.
• Experience with GCP and cloud-native architecture, including Docker, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong system design, application architecture, technical ownership, and architectural decision-making skills.
• Must be able to work in Bengaluru or Pune, India; visa sponsorship or transfer is not available.

Nice to have

• FastAPI, BigQuery, Redis, Pub/Sub, event-driven architecture, Kubernetes/GKE, Azure, and microservices experience.
• Experience with Generative AI, Vertex AI, or OpenAI.
