Salesforce Developer

Location: Bulgaria, Italy, or Poland; work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.

What you will do

• Contribute technical input during refinement sessions, effort estimation, solution design, and technical decision-making.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components, and Aura Components.
• Work with Platform Events and Bulk API while supporting unit and integration testing with at least 80% code coverage.
• Prepare quality and release gate evidence, maintain technical documentation, and support CAB submissions.
• Provide deployment and release support, investigate defects found during UAT and hypercare, and collaborate with the Agile team.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Fluent Italian is required, along with good English communication skills.
• Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Platform Events, and Bulk API.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Ant-based deployment, Salesforce deployment processes, and unit and integration testing.
• Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SonarQube or Salesforce Code Analyzer.
• Experience applying GenAI through defined SDLC workflows, prompt patterns, or tool integrations.
• Familiarity with agent-based workflows, automation patterns, and AI-augmented development.
