What you will do
- Manage operations to ensure stable product supply, quality, volume, and p-OTIF above 98%.
- Optimize production unit performance, utilization, costs, and capacity.
- Maintain site infrastructure, equipment, permits, inventory, and maintenance budgets.
- Develop the local site, prepare investment plans, and monitor CAPEX implementation.
- Improve operational excellence, site safety, product safety, sustainability, and ESHA compliance.
- Manage, motivate, develop, and plan succession for the local operations team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 5+ years of CLNX experience and 5+ years of operations or production experience.
- Fluent English communication skills required.
- Basic knowledge of financial measures.
