Resource Planning Intern (Energy)

Location: Denver, Colorado; hybrid work with required in-person commuting

Salary: $19.00–$20.90 per hour

What you will do

• Support generation system modeling focused on capacity expansion and production costing.
• Prepare data for model inputs and load data into modeling tools.
• Perform basic scenario analysis and review model results.
• Shadow analysts and attend meetings to understand team objectives and current work.

Requirements

• Current junior-level student or higher enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in economics, mathematics, engineering, or operations research.
• Able to work in person in Denver under the hybrid work policy.
• Able to work up to 40 hours per week during the summer and up to 20 hours per week during the school year.

• Strong interest in the electric power industry.
