Senior Product Operations Manager – LLM Automation

Location: Hybrid role based in Sofia, Bulgaria; Warsaw, Poland; or Limassol, Cyprus.

What you will do

• Own product strategy and execution for AI agents handling client contact.
• Lead AI-driven customer operations across regulated entities in the UK, Cyprus, Australia, the Bahamas, and the UAE.
• Shape how AI agents serve more than 1,000,000 clients while maintaining consumer protection and AI governance standards.
• Report directly to the Head of Operations and work at the intersection of product management, AI systems thinking, and regulated compliance.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in product operations or product management.
• Experience working with AI systems, LLM automation, or AI agents.
• Understanding of regulated compliance, Consumer Duty, and AI governance obligations.
• Ability to work from Sofia, Warsaw, or Limassol in a hybrid arrangement.
