What you will do

  • Provide first-line support for daily transport activities and resolve issues with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with transport scheduling, planning, and cross-dock operations.
  • Manage transport documentation and claims, resolving discrepancies with external logistics partners.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze operational trends, and prepare daily and weekly reports.
  • Administer transport systems, maintain accurate data, and resolve technical issues.
  • Support process improvements and project implementation across transport operations.

Requirements

  • Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration; vocational training and industry certifications are accepted.
  • At least 2 years of experience in transport or logistics operations, including planning, reporting, or stakeholder communication across European markets.
  • Experience with transport planning, claims handling, system administration, KPI monitoring, and operational reporting.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with transport management systems and willingness to learn new tools and workflows.
  • Fluent English is essential; Swedish is an advantage.
