Senior Manager / Director, Product Management (Retail Selection - Taiwan) (AI)

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Retail Selection and Selection Intelligence products.
• Lead AI-powered systems for competitive intelligence, supplier intelligence, customer demand analysis, and product opportunity identification.
• Define requirements for catalog quality, product discovery, and product onboarding solutions.
• Improve AI/ML performance, including precision, recall, retrieval quality, and product matching accuracy.
• Partner with Engineering, Machine Learning, Data Science, Analytics, Operations, Legal, Retail, and Business teams.
• Build and mentor a Product Management team, establish scalable operating mechanisms, and present strategy and business impact to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products.
• Experience launching technology products with Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics teams.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to connect customer needs with business outcomes.
• Experience independently building MVPs, proofs of concept, or product frameworks.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.

Nice to have

• Experience with retail selection, catalog management, marketplaces, search, recommendations, or product discovery.
• Experience with frontier AI technologies such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or related LLM applications.
• Experience leading and mentoring Product Managers.
• Experience managing products across multiple markets or international regions.
