TL;DR
Technical Product Manager (Fintech): Designing core architecture and technical specifications for high-concurrency payment systems with an accent on microservices, database schemas, API design, and transaction concurrency. Focus on validating critical technologies through PoCs, defining implementation paths, and translating complex business requirements into precise documentation for engineering and QA teams.

What you will do
- Lead system analysis and system design for complex payment logic, database schemas, and API specifications.
- Translate business requirements into SA/SD documentation, UML diagrams, sequence diagrams, data flows, and other technical specifications.
- Conduct Proof of Concept validations, evaluate technical trade-offs, and define Go/No-Go implementation paths.
- Own the technical aspects of the product development life cycle and coordinate communication among product members, HQ, stakeholders, and execution teams across countries.
- Provide technical support to external partners and propose solutions based on user feedback.
Requirements
- Experience in web or mobile development.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs, HTTP/S, microservice architectures, SQL/NoSQL databases, schema management, and transaction concurrency control.
- Experience with system analysis methods and tools, including UML, sequence diagrams, state machines, component diagrams, use cases, activity diagrams, draw.io, or Miro.
- Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, QA, and modern software delivery workflows.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal English is required for communication with global stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with financial products, voucher platforms, or payment gateway companies.
- Programming background in Java or Python.
- Korean language skills.
