What you will do
- Develop product strategies and define requirements, PRDs, roadmaps, priorities, and milestones for Messenger and Official Account initiatives.
- Represent Taiwan user and market needs in collaboration with global headquarters product teams.
- Lead product initiatives from concept and planning through development, launch, evaluation, and optimization.
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, surveys, interviews, bucket tests, and A/B tests.
- Coordinate Product, Design, Engineering, Security, Legal, Customer Service, and operational stakeholders across regions.
- Define KPIs, analyze user behavior and product performance, and use data to improve the user experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the internet or technology industry, including product management or a closely related role.
- Experience delivering digital products or features from requirements definition through development, launch, and optimization.
- Experience working with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Understanding of features and related services, with interest in messaging, communication products, user security, and digital platforms.
- Proficient English is required for collaboration in an international working environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI product development or AI integration.
- Japanese or Korean language proficiency.
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, Figma, Codex, or equivalent tools.
