What you will do
- Design and develop scalable compliance tools and services that meet regulatory requirements while providing a strong user experience.
- Translate business requirements into Product Requirements Documents and keep projects on schedule.
- Prioritize product improvements with engineers, designers, Compliance, Customer Service, and other stakeholders.
- Track key metrics, resolve product issues, and drive continuous improvements.
- Refine workflows for intuitive operation, efficiency, and seamless user experiences.
- Coordinate implementation with regional and global stakeholders and communicate new features and enhancements.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in technology, fintech, finance, or blockchain.
- Strong background or hands-on experience with compliance processes such as AML and transaction monitoring.
- Experience leading complex projects and delivering scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Expertise in product lifecycle management, preferably within an Agile framework.
- Strong time-management, organization, prioritization, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across diverse cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
