TL;DR
Senior PM Energy (Energy Transition): Managing energy transition projects and coordinating cross-country multidisciplinary teams with an accent on tender management, quality, budget, and progress control. Focus on planning, forecasting, continuous improvement, and reporting across energy projects including renewable, nuclear, heat, and power generation.
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; partial remote hybrid arrangement.

What you will do
- Manage energy transition projects, including heat and power generation, renewable energy, and nuclear projects.
- Coordinate cross-country multidisciplinary teams covering process, piping, instrumentation, architecture, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Lead tender management and support offer preparation.
- Control project quality, budgets, schedules, progress, and forecasts.
- Optimize teamwork, support continuous improvement, follow internal procedures, and prepare internal and external reports.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in energy projects.
- Technical education.
- Fluent English.
- Planning skills covering scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of MS Project, MS Office, Navisworks, and Autodesk TrueView.
