Operations Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional operational projects from initial idea through execution and completion.
• Translate business objectives into project plans with milestones, deliverables, owners, and deadlines.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track dependencies, risks, blockers, decisions, and project status, escalating issues when needed.
• Launch operational processes and company-wide initiatives, then transition completed projects to long-term functional owners.
• Maintain project documentation, action trackers, and decision logs while improving cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, program management, or a similar role.
• Experience independently managing complex cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Ability to turn ambiguous objectives into structured, executable plans and manage competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder management, written communication, documentation, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to identify risks early and escalate issues effectively in a fast-moving environment.
• English at approximately B1+ level for collaboration with international stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in startups, hardware, defense technology, manufacturing, or regulated environments.
• Experience coordinating projects across international teams.
• Experience working with external advisors, partners, or regulatory stakeholders.
• Experience building operational processes or project management practices from scratch.
