Assistant Data Management Engineer

What you will do

• Create, maintain, modify, convert, extend, block, delete, and administer master data for customers, suppliers, products, materials, and equipment.
• Review master data creation and change request forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Enter or modify data after receiving requests from the Data Specialist and approval from the Data Manager.
• Coordinate with unit data specialists and local front-office staff to obtain required information.
• Maintain shared partner usage at system level for customer and supplier data.
• Request duplication management and customer hierarchy management support from the Customer Data Specialist when required.

Requirements

• Ability to administer customer, supplier, product, material, or equipment master data.
• Ability to verify data requests and follow defined approval procedures.
• Attention to data appropriateness, adequacy, accuracy, and quality requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with data specialists, data managers, and local front-office staff.
