Enterprise Onboarding Specialist

Location: Australia; remote work with regular farm visits and travel required

What you will do

• Build and manage multi-site rollout plans for enterprise customers operating across multiple farms and locations.
• Own onboarding as the primary point of contact for owners, executives, farm managers, and field crews.
• Lead customer training and work directly with farm teams to embed hirify.global into daily operations.
• Manage change, solve deployment issues, and adapt plans as operational conditions and priorities change.
• Coordinate with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver seamless onboarding.
• Identify patterns across enterprise accounts and improve the deployment playbook for scale.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing senior customer relationships in enterprise customer success, key account management, customer experience, or a related field.
• Experience with large, complex, multi-site, or multi-stakeholder customers.
• Experience leading complex rollouts or change programmes end to end.
• Strong communication, commercial judgment, practical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel and spend substantial time on farms is required.
• Care for customers and commitment to high-quality work.

Nice to have

• Agriculture or farming experience, especially with large-scale or corporate operations.
• Experience in an enterprise-facing role at a startup or high-growth company.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.
