What you will do

• Develop and lead user growth strategies, planning, and growth campaigns.
• Research competition and customer data to identify growth opportunities and expand market share.
• Review marketing investment performance and optimize return on investment measurement.
• Coordinate internal, commercial, logistics, and regional stakeholders to strengthen restaurant marketing.
• Propose marketing campaigns based on local insights and market trends.

Requirements

• University degree and at least 3 years of managerial experience in consumer marketing or growth.
• Strong commercial and data analysis skills with a results-oriented approach.
• Experience building targeted user segments, personalizing campaigns, and improving user retention.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize critical situations, and drive collaboration across teams.
• Strong organization, accountability, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.
