What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight and quality assurance for end-to-end RoPA documentation and complex DPIA, LIA, SPA, and TIA assessments.
• Assess data protection risks and recommend proportionate, pragmatic mitigation measures.
• Translate complex regulatory, legal, and policy requirements into practical frameworks and operational processes.
• Independently resolve high-risk, high-complexity, and ambiguous processing activities while advising cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor junior colleagues, review assessment outputs, and provide technical guidance.
• Lead continuous improvement of assessment frameworks, templates, tooling, and guidance documentation.

Requirements

• More than 7 years of hands-on data protection and privacy compliance experience.
• Expert knowledge of data protection and privacy principles and regulatory frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with data protection assessments, vendor risk assessments, data breach assessments, and DSR handling.
• Background in technology, information security, risk management, or legal.
• Ability to explain complex data protection and privacy positions clearly and confidently.
• Experience guiding others without relying on formal line-management authority.

Nice to have

• Privacy certifications such as CIPM, CIPP/E, CIPP/US, or CIPT.
• Experience using privacy tools.
