What you will do

  • Participate in developing compliance risk assessments and testing schedules.
  • Identify testing controls, develop testing strategies, and define activities aligned with testing objectives.
  • Oversee self-assessment exercises and conduct compliance testing of IT operations.
  • Identify applicable regulations from BSP, AMLC, and other regulators.
  • Track and report testing activities, observations, exceptions, ratings, and recommendations.
  • Discuss findings with business representatives, identify root causes, and support implementation of resolutions.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of BSP IT regulations.
  • Knowledge of issuances from BSP, AMLC, and other regulators.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and reporting skills.
  • Good interpersonal, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
