What you will do
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and draft legal documents, contracts, agreements, and supporting materials.
- Identify contractual risks and issues, advise on contract interpretation, and monitor compliance.
- Answer contract-related inquiries and prepare related agreements.
- Represent company interests in negotiations with partners, suppliers, and clients.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and verify compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct legal research, case studies, and other legal and administrative tasks assigned by the Chief Legal Officer or Head of Contracts.
Requirements
- Experience handling legal documents, contracts, agreements, and contract-related inquiries.
- Ability to identify contractual risks and provide legal advice on compliance and interpretation.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to conduct legal research and case studies.
