What you will do

• Own Chumba Casino’s P&L, including revenue, gross margin, promotional costs, and ROI.
• Define product, live operations, and growth strategy using market and competitive insights.
• Diagnose funnel, KPI, cohort, and business performance issues and guide teams toward effective solutions.
• Set commercial goals for product and live operations and evaluate whether plans can achieve them.
• Build and lead multidisciplinary teams across locations, including senior leaders and teams of 100+ people.
• Make decisions that improve player retention, monetization, and overall commercial performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of digital commercial leadership experience.
• At least 3 years owning the P&L of a large-scale consumer app or game with $100M+ annual revenue.
• Operating experience in social casino, real-money gaming, or a comparable high-stakes consumer application.
• Experience with dual-currency or hybrid monetization models and free-to-play economies.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams of 100+ across geographically distributed locations.
• Strong hands-on understanding of KPIs, cohort models, funnels, monetization, and business data.
