Game Manager (iGaming)

Location: Remote or onsite in Cyprus, Kazakhstan, Poland, Romania, or Serbia.

What you will do

• Manage gaming bonuses in collaboration with Marketing.
• Coordinate gaming initiatives with Analytics, Product, Design, game providers, and the Platform team.
• Resolve technical issues involving game configuration and bonus mechanics.
• Develop and test hypotheses, including assigned tasks and independent initiatives.
• Prepare and analyze gaming and bonus-related reports.
• Contribute to optimization of Gaming function processes.

Requirements

• Ability to learn and use tools and processes for games and bonuses.
• Ability to handle operational tasks accurately and meet agreed deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and game providers.
• Ability to analyze gaming and bonus-related metrics.
• Successful completion of the probation period assessment without critical operational issues.
