Senior Product Manager - Asphalt Legends (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Define the long-term product roadmap with game leadership, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Drive live operations through continuous optimization of events and offers to improve LTV and ARPU.
• Design, launch, and optimize new monetization systems while auditing existing systems for further opportunities.
• Lead hypothesis-driven decisions through A/B testing, deep-dive data analysis, and KPI forecasting models.
• Streamline workflows and automate processes to reduce production time and costs.
• Represent the game’s business interests across internal and external stakeholder groups while mentoring junior product managers.

Requirements

• Senior-level product management experience in a live game environment.
• Experience with live operations, player engagement, and monetization strategy.
• Ability to use data analysis, A/B testing, and KPI forecasting to guide business decisions.
• Capability to collaborate with game leadership, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
