Manager, Strategic Planning

Location: Los Angeles HQ; hybrid workplace

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the planning, coordination, and execution of Monthly Business Reviews and Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Coordinate inputs from senior functional leaders and improve the clarity, consistency, and effectiveness of executive reporting materials.
• Support the long-range plan and other enterprise planning processes with Finance and business leaders.
• Conduct market sizing, market share, growth opportunity, and business performance analyses.
• Synthesize internal and external data into strategic insights, executive presentations, and board-level materials.
• Support CFO-led strategic initiatives and improve annual, quarterly, and ad hoc planning processes.

Requirements

• Experience in strategy, corporate strategy, strategic planning, business operations, or a related function.
• Experience in consumer, retail, apparel, beauty, or another high-growth brand environment.
• Strong analytical skills across market, share, growth, and business performance analysis.
• Excellent slide-writing, executive communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, improve processes, balance recurring planning cadences with ad hoc work, and exercise sound judgment.
• Familiarity with Looker or similar BI tools is a plus.
