Director, Product Management (Catalog)

What you will do

• Set the vision and strategic roadmap for the Catalog platform using LLMs, Generative AI, and machine learning.
• Design, build, and scale AI-driven products, automation tools, and catalog features for product-data structuring, enrichment, and presentation.
• Lead the product lifecycle from conceptual AI frameworks through production implementation in a continuous-deployment environment.
• Drive executive alignment across Engineering, Data Science, Product, Operations, and Infrastructure teams in South Korea, China, and the US.
• Define metrics and automated mechanisms to track system precision, product performance, and operational efficiency across billions of catalog entities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience developing and launching innovative technology products at a tier-1 technology company.
• Proven experience applying LLMs, Generative AI, and machine learning frameworks to high-scale e-commerce or consumer marketplace applications.
• End-to-end experience leading product strategy, roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and complex technical design discussions.
• Deep understanding of AI/ML software stacks, model evaluation frameworks, and large-scale LLM deployment.
• Experience managing technical and design direction for complex distributed systems and leading cross-functional international teams.
• Strong capability in quantitative research, data analysis, metrics, agile methodologies, rapid prototyping, and A/B testing.
