Service Owner for Software Development License Service

Location: Hybrid (Remote/Office); Romania, Bucuresti. Conditions: Portugal, Lisboa, Amadora.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end service lifecycle for GitHub Copilot, Docker, and Figma, including the product vision, strategy, roadmap, provisioning, renewals, and utilization optimization.
• Establish governance for AI tool usage, including token consumption policies, compliance controls, data protection assessments, and regulatory alignment.
• Manage a service budget exceeding €670,000 annually, including forecasting, cost control, chargeback, and cost allocation.
• Lead vendor management, commercial negotiations, contract renewals, supplier performance, and relationship oversight.
• Coordinate with Cyber Security, AI Governance, Legal, Procurement, German-based governance bodies, and employee representatives.
• Drive user adoption and continuous improvement through training, knowledge articles, feedback channels, service metrics, and operational automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in IT service ownership, product management, or technical project management in a large enterprise environment.
• Experience managing service budgets, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost optimization.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and development tooling such as CI/CD, repositories, and IDEs.
• Knowledge of service and product management, IT infrastructure, Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and change management.
• Knowledge of technical and compliance governance, software licensing, identity and access management, and IT security principles.
