TL;DR
Salesforce Engineer (Salesforce): Building and maintaining Quote-to-Cash processes and integrations connecting Salesforce with customer portals, HubSpot, license management, billing, and ERP systems with an accent on full-stack Salesforce engineering and production reliability. Focus on designing REST/SOAP integrations, implementing Apex and Lightning Web Components, and protecting a revenue-critical live system through testing, change control, backup, and rollback awareness.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain Salesforce Quote-to-Cash processes from quoting through cash collection.
  • Develop Salesforce solutions using data models, Flows, validation, security configuration, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Implement changes safely on a live, revenue-critical Salesforce system.
  • Maintain and extend integrations with the customer portal, HubSpot, license management, billing, ERP, and other systems.
  • Design and operate integrations using Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Partner with RevOps and Go-to-Market stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical implementations.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience with declarative configuration and programmatic development.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining Salesforce integrations and APIs with internal and external systems.
  • Experience operating live, revenue-critical systems.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
  • Fluent spoken and written English.
