New Product Mfg Engineer

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and release bills of materials for complex product modules and structures.
• Develop new product manufacturing, testing, and sourcing strategies with key stakeholders.
• Manage operation method sheets and perform 3D virtual analysis using master layouts and digital mock-ups.
• Participate in design reviews and provide design-for-assembly, design-for-test, cost, quality, and cycle-time feedback.
• Manage engineering changes, change-control processes, supplier issues, waivers, and non-standard requests.
• Lead managed builds, corrective actions, and technical support and training for manufacturing resources and suppliers.

Requirements

• Intermediate knowledge of new product manufacturing engineering and practical expertise in the discipline.
• Experience solving complex problems, analyzing multiple information sources, and exercising independent judgment.
• Ability to work with manufacturing, engineering, suppliers, and related teams and build consensus.
• Ability to work onsite in Rehovot, Israel.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and use hand and power tools.
• Ability to work in noisy environments and, when required, use cleanroom personal protective equipment.
