TL;DR
Talent Development Manager (iGaming): Designing and implementing talent development, learning, performance management, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives with an accent on employee growth, organizational performance, and data-driven decision-making. Focus on building performance frameworks, developing leadership pipelines, analyzing workforce data, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.
Location: Liège, Belgium; hybrid working model with the possibility to work remotely up to 50% of the time.

International gaming company operating land-based and online casino games, sports betting, and poker, with around 1,600 colleagues worldwide.
What you will do
- Define and implement the talent development strategy in line with business priorities.
- Design and deploy learning, development, and leadership programs for employees, managers, and C-levels.
- Own and improve the performance management framework, including objectives, feedback, reviews, tools, and training.
- Lead talent reviews, succession planning, high-potential development, and career frameworks supporting internal mobility.
- Establish talent and performance metrics, analyze workforce data, and provide recommendations to leadership.
- Partner with managers and HR Business Partners to address performance gaps, build action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Organizational Development.
- Strong experience managing performance management frameworks and development programs.
- Strong understanding of talent development and performance management best practices, with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, with project management and change management capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
