Salary: $95,900–$141,133 per year

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, manage, and improve complex EHS business processes and supporting systems.
  • Analyze processes, system data, trends, and operational issues to recommend effective solutions.
  • Lead process improvement projects from requirements gathering through implementation and completion.
  • Manage assigned systems, workflows, governance requirements, timelines, and project deliverables.
  • Coordinate between EHS Applications, program staff, project teams, subject matter experts, and end users.
  • Prepare system and project reports and support training for EHS safety programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least eight years of related process or system administration and/or project management experience.
  • Experience analyzing, documenting, configuring, and improving business processes and application workflows.
  • Ability to lead requirements collection, solution implementation, timeline management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Advanced knowledge of application configurations and workflows, plus advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Cority, Cornerstone, or similar Learning Management System or Enterprise Resource Planning platforms.
