Content Operations Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Update 10-20 published articles monthly using Claude, ensuring factual accuracy and proper formatting.
• Perform minor edits on live web pages, including text, links, and pricing updates.
• Coordinate content production by gathering assets like quotes and photos, and managing vendor billing.
• Maintain the team's Jira board and internal change logs.
• Identify and implement automations for repetitive operational tasks.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Claude or similar AI tools for real-world tasks.
• Junior-level project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail for identifying errors in copy, links, and formatting.
• English proficiency: B2+ level required to evaluate AI-generated content.
• Familiarity with or willingness to quickly learn GitHub, Claude Code, WordPress, Jira, Figma, and Notion.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of marketing funnels, SEO, and UTM tracking.
• Experience in maintaining team documentation and ticket systems.
