What you will do

• Contribute to the design and delivery of complex architectural and infrastructure projects across multiple project stages.
• Develop project documentation and technical solutions.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, engineering consultants, specialist consultants, and stakeholders.
• Lead project packages and workstreams depending on experience level.
• Build client relationships and mentor emerging talent.
• Help shape the growth and culture of the Brisbane Architecture Studio.

Requirements

• Passion for architecture and design excellence.
• Experience delivering complex architectural or infrastructure projects through multiple project stages.
• Strong technical design, documentation, and coordination capability.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary project teams with engineering and specialist consultants.
• Proactive, accountable approach and commitment to project outcomes.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

Nice to have

• Experience in health, data centres, education, science, transport, aviation, defence, civic, or complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience in BIM or model management.
