Technical Customer Success (AI)

hirify.global is building an AI voice platform for B2C companies.

What you will do

• Provide technical guidance for customer deployment, configuration, and platform optimization.
• Troubleshoot PostgreSQL-backed data workflows and frontend/backend code with customers.
• Support prompting and practical AI workflows to help customers use the platform effectively.
• Act as the technical liaison between customers, product, and engineering.
• Gather customer feedback to drive product improvements and documentation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrable business impact through written code.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python.
• Hands-on PostgreSQL experience, including troubleshooting customer data workflows.
• Experience deploying, configuring, or optimizing software platforms for customers.
• Prior technical customer-facing experience with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with AI prompting techniques and practical LLM workflows.
