Mobile Platform Engineer (Flutter)

Location: On-site in Berlin, Germany

Salary: €80,000–€110,000 annually

What you will do

• Own shared components, the design system, state management, performance, and tooling for the Flutter mobile app.
• Build and maintain agentic and AI infrastructure, including custom MCP servers, a background agent platform, and evaluation and feedback loops.
• Integrate agentic coding tools into daily engineering workflows.
• Improve developer experience through CI/CD pipelines, release tooling, and faster feedback loops.
• Ship user-facing mobile product features alongside platform and infrastructure work.
• Maintain a reliable foundation for a growing engineering team.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of production experience building mobile applications with Flutter and Dart, or equivalent web application experience.
• Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar.
• Strong attention to visual design, spacing, animation, and component quality.
• Strong academic background in Computer Science or a related field from a well-regarded university.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.
• Availability to work on-site in Berlin, Germany.
