What you will do

• Own and ship features for iOS and Android from a single Flutter codebase.
• Partner with UX designers to craft interfaces optimized for technicians working in real field conditions.
• Collaborate with in-field teams to optimize the commissioning experience for clean energy systems.
• Build reliable device integrations using Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Thread.
• Contribute to architectural decisions that support rapid growth and international expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile development experience.
• Strong proficiency with Flutter (React Native candidates will also be considered).
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and integrating third-party SDKs.
• Familiarity with state management patterns such as Bloc or Riverpod.
• Experience working with structured data contracts and binary protocols (Protobuf).
• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Stockholm, Sweden.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Bluetooth LE, Wi-Fi, or Thread communication protocols.
• Knowledge of embedded Linux environments or edge computing (e.g., Rust).
• Experience with event-driven architectures or message brokers such as Kafka.
• Background in rapid-growth startup or scale-up environments.
