Brand Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid in New York City or remote within US time zones

hirify.global provides a secure enterprise platform for MCPs, Skills, and Agents with governance and observability for company-wide AI adoption.

What you will do

• Define, shape, and launch the hirify.global brand as a scalable system.
• Lead brand execution across marketing, web, events, sales, and other company surfaces.
• Create sales enablement materials, including decks, one-pagers, and templates.
• Design marketing assets such as webpages, social posts, OG cards, trade show booths, and swag.
• Build generative AI brand tools, templates, and standards to improve the speed and quality of brand work.
• Partner with product design to create a cohesive relationship between the brand and product.

Requirements

• Strong creative point of view and experience defining or meaningfully evolving a brand.
• Ability to operate as a team of one while collaborating closely with marketing and product design.
• Experience working across web, campaigns, print, events, presentations, and motion.
• Proficiency with design and presentation tools including Figma, Paper, and Google Slides.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong collaboration and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical infrastructure into clear visual stories.
