BIM Coordinator (Revit)

What you will do

• Coordinate BIM models, families, project data, versions, revisions, and changes across multiple divisions.
• Collaborate with the BIM Manager to develop and implement company-wide BIM standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Coordinate with design and production drafting teams and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM models and content.
• Maintain BEPs and drafting manuals while identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Provide technical support, training, and troubleshooting for BIM software and workflows, including Autodesk Revit.
• Assist with research and development of internal scripts and plugins to improve design, drafting, and estimation workflows.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a BIM Coordinator or equivalent role.
• Background in architecture or building design, or a relevant portfolio demonstrating equivalent experience.
• Good construction knowledge and understanding of building in Revit.
• Knowledge of Revit design options and model groups.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, identify issues early, and provide solutions.
• Strong ownership, accountability, communication, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Programming or coding experience with Python or C#.
• Interest in continuous learning and current industry developments.
