What you will do

• Prepare, review, and negotiate construction contracts for goods and services.
• Manage contract proposals, estimates, approvals, and related documentation.
• Maintain insurance certificates for the company and subcontractors.
• Process billings and invoices, including AIA forms and accounts receivable postings.
• Support Project Managers with contract-related documentation and bookings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent business experience of 8+ years.
• At least 2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
• Knowledge of contract law, accounting principles, and finance.
• Knowledge of job costing and work in process.
• Background in construction, project management, ERP, and sales tax.
