What you will do
- Research customer and business needs, define product features, and create metrics to measure product impact.
- Drive product planning and execution from initial concept through delivery.
- Write specifications for new features and enhancements.
- Develop product roadmaps and communicate the product vision, using prototypes when needed.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, operations, sales, legal, and external partners.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree.
- Passion for data-driven product development and strong analytical skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of strong planning.
- Strong drive to execute and make initiatives happen.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- 3+ years of product management experience for senior-level candidates with an IT or Computer Science degree.
- Demonstrated success launching products or improving features with measurable business impact.
- Experience as a product manager, software developer, UX designer, or project manager.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, PHP, JavaScript, Python, Ruby, Rust, Go, or Haskell.
- Experience with agile product development or an advanced degree such as a master's, PhD, or MBA.
