Salary: $150,500–$211,000 USD per year, plus competitive equity grants.

What you will do

• Represent hirify.global within the defense and national security community.
• Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders across the Pentagon and broader defense ecosystem.
• Translate technical capabilities into compelling strategic narratives for senior audiences.
• Analyze Department of Defense priorities, decision-making, organizational dynamics, and acquisition processes.
• Identify where hirify.global capabilities can have the greatest strategic impact.
• Represent the company and its technology in high-stakes, senior-level environments.

Requirements

• Significant experience working in or closely with the U.S. national security establishment, particularly the Department of Defense.
• Established relationships across relevant defense and national security stakeholders.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical and strategic concepts clearly to senior audiences.
• Experience engaging senior military, civilian, policy, or industry leaders.
• Strong strategic judgment, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-moving technology company.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
