Corporate Communications Systems & Design Specialist (AI)

Location: Bloomington, Minnesota, United States; onsite at The Toro Company's Bloomington headquarters

The Toro Company is a Minnesota-based equipment manufacturer established in 1914, providing equipment for residential, commercial, and environmental landscape maintenance.

What you will do

• Administer internal communications systems, including intranet, email, digital signage, project management, and other digital communication tools.
• Manage platform governance, user access, workflows, training, content standards, templates, media assets, and publishing processes.
• Partner with IT and external vendors on platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Design digital and print communications, including graphics, signage, infographics, templates, presentations, and campaign materials.
• Create employee-facing content and use analytics, feedback, and channel performance data to improve communication effectiveness and adoption.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools and provide consultative support and training to content contributors and internal clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, graphic design, digital media, information systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate communications, digital communications, intranet management, content management, graphic design, or a related field.
• Experience administering digital communication platforms, intranets, content management systems, or similar technologies.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, visual design, organizational, client service, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft 365 skills.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge and SharePoint experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled workplace tools.
• Experience using communication analytics, reporting tools, and performance metrics.
