Staff Product Manager, AI Ecosystem

Location: San Francisco Bay Area strongly preferred; remote within the United States considered with heavier travel. The role is part of a remote-first organization with occasional travel for onboarding and team gatherings.

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the integrations and partnerships product roadmap across the AI tooling ecosystem.
• Use customer conversations and market research to turn evolving AI tooling needs into product decisions.
• Define the ecosystem narrative, reference architectures, and composable building blocks for using hirify.global with AI systems.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Architecture, DevRel, Engineering, and external partners to launch integrations and drive adoption.
• Create demos, talk tracks, and reference materials that enable the field to sell, deploy, and support integrations.
• Define KPIs for ecosystem adoption and momentum and use them to measure strategic progress.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience or an equivalent track record.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tooling, including agent frameworks and SDKs, model providers, evaluation, and observability tools.
• Experience owning integrations, developer platforms, ecosystem products, or partner-facing products.
• Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, Solutions Architecture, DevRel, and external partners to launch products and drive adoption.
• Technical literacy in AI systems and the ability to participate in design discussions with staff-level engineers.
• Strong strategic and narrative writing skills for aligning organizations and investment decisions.

Nice to have

• Background in distributed systems, durable execution, or workflow orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with hirify.global or comparable systems.
• Prior DevRel, field-facing, or technical-marketing-adjacent experience.
• Experience building reference architectures or developer enablement programs.
