What you will do

• Support the transition from market-based management reporting to product line, product family, and product profitability reporting.
• Develop analytical models and dashboards for channel partner sales by product, market, and application.
• Extract, cleanse, validate, and reconcile data from ERP and reporting systems.
• Assist with Value Stream and Product Line reporting implementation and testing within HFM.
• Support month-end reporting, account analysis, reconciliations, variance investigations, and audit documentation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field; senior or graduate students are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple assignments independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present data clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, lookups, and data analysis.
• Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of QAD systems.
