Senior Engineer, OPC Modeling Product Engineer (OPC)

Location: Daily onsite presence at the San Jose office/headquarters in the United States

Base pay range: $138,000–$206,000 USD per year, plus incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Own OPC modeling products, including product specifications, descriptions, and qualification.
• Define feature goals for new product development and provide clear requirements to R&D.
• Collaborate with headquarters product engineers to understand technical requirements and handle requests.
• Prepare technical specifications and product requirement documentation for new features.
• Conduct acceptance testing and establish best practices for new product capabilities.
• Create user guidance and manuals for new features.

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. in Electrical, Chemical, Optical, or Computer Engineering, Physics, or Applied Mathematics.
• 5+ years of OPC modeling experience after a BS or MS, or 3+ years after a Ph.D.
• Experience with Python, Unix and/or Linux, and debugging.
• Background in machine learning, optical proximity correction, computational lithography or lithography, and semiconductor processes.
• Ability to collaborate across diverse global teams and adapt communication styles.
