Salary: $88,212.80–$132,329.60 annual salary

What you will do

• Serve as a resource for digital workflows across the hirify.global application suite.
• Support clinical employees in using the electronic health record and other technologies.
• Provide electronic health record onboarding, training, and proficiency maintenance.
• Support new functionality releases, upgrades, and go-live activities across regions.
• Apply best practices to resolve complex clinical and technical issues in healthcare delivery environments.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute.
• At least one year of recent relevant experience.
• Epic proficiency required within six months of hire.
• Ability to work primarily onsite at clinics in the Santa Barbara area.
• Availability for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule with variable days and weekends as needed.
