BDR Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of five outbound BDRs focused on SMB and Mid-Market merchants.
• Own hiring, onboarding, day-to-day performance, and the development of a high-performance team culture.
• Build and improve outbound strategy, messaging, prospecting, and account targeting.
• Partner with Account Executives to maximize pipeline generation.
• Work with Marketing, CRM, Sales Strategy, Sales Leadership, and global teams to improve operating processes.
• Use data, new tools, and AI capabilities to identify opportunities and improve team performance.

Requirements

• Experience managing an outbound sales or business development team.
• Proven experience hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing sales talent.
• Confidence managing performance and making data-driven coaching decisions.
• Experience improving outbound strategy rather than only executing an existing playbook.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity about AI and modern sales technology.
