Analyst, IBP (Supply Chain)

Salary: $77,800–$97,300 per year, plus eligibility for a performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Support weekly and monthly demand planning processes through accurate data preparation, reporting, and analysis.
• Troubleshoot reporting, system, and data issues for Demand Planners, document risks and enhancement requests, and drive resolution.
• Maintain dashboards and analyses covering forecast accuracy, bias, autonomous forecasting, and other planning metrics.
• Analyze forecast performance to identify trends, root causes, data-quality gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the design, testing, release, deployment, and adoption of demand-planning tools, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Digital, IT, and other cross-functional teams while maintaining requirements, workflows, procedures, training materials, and playbooks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, demand planning, forecasting, supply planning, or a related area; CPG experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and general knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with planning tools such as o9, SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, or Anaplan.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze large datasets and translate insights into action.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
