Salary: $54,000–$66,000 per year for a 16-hour-per-week schedule.

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the Nurse Practitioner license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, health education, and urgent visits.
• Build trusted, lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Practice autonomously with access to clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD.
• Participate in provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where applicable under state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing authority.
• Independent family practice experience with wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
• Availability for 16 hours per week: Monday 5:30 AM–1:30 PM and Tuesday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
