Community Manager (Generative Engine Optimisation)

Location: Remote work preferred for candidates in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines; shift schedule is 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila time.

What you will do

• Build and maintain authentic Reddit accounts and credible Quora profiles across industries and client campaigns.
• Research communities, subreddits, discussions, and questions to identify opportunities for natural client visibility.
• Create valuable Reddit posts, comments, and Quora answers adapted to each community’s culture and audience.
• Execute GEO campaigns aimed at improving visibility in AI-generated search results and LLM responses.
• Monitor account health, moderation risks, platform policy changes, campaign activity, placements, and engagement.
• Document results, report performance, and collaborate with SEO and Outreach teams on digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of commercial experience managing Reddit and Quora accounts in an agency or in-house environment.
• Experience growing Reddit karma through genuine engagement without spam tactics or account penalties.
• Experience building credible Quora profiles and maintaining authentic community engagement.
• Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences.
• Strong understanding of Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, and the difference between authentic and promotional content.
• Strong organisation, documentation, tracking, reporting, and multi-account campaign management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in SEO, digital PR, outreach, content marketing, or community management.
• Experience with regulated industries such as iGaming, finance, legal, or healthcare.
• Understanding of AI search engines, LLMs, and the influence of community content on generative search visibility.
