Identity Access Management Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Coordinate joiner, mover, and leaver access activity.
• Maintain roles, access packages, and entitlement models.
• Operate and improve identity and privileged access management controls.
• Support access reviews, recertification, and remediation.
• Investigate access issues across cloud and on-premise environments.
• Partner with application owners and service teams to analyse risks and improve services.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in IAM, information security, infrastructure, service management, or technology risk.
• Practical knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID, cloud services, or account management.
• Understanding of access controls, least privilege, and the identity lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience owning issues and improving services or controls.
• Curiosity, personal accountability, and willingness to develop.
