What you will do

• Deliver service design projects, including client workshops, creative brainstorms, service concepts, blueprints and service definitions.
• Bring together research, design, business and technology to create coherent service design artefacts.
• Craft complex digital-first experiences that improve digital channel share, customer experience and commercial performance.
• Use research insights, quantitative data and design research techniques to identify customer needs, pain points and journey improvements.
• Develop service design processes and promote emerging trends in digital service design.
• Mentor service designers and provide technical guidance across the team.

Requirements

• Strong experience in service design, preferably within a complex organisation.
• Experience leading service design projects and delivering measurable change for customers, colleagues and business outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of BT Business sales channels, operating models, processes and customer engagement journeys.
• Experience with user-centred design, service design, user journey mapping, design strategy and service development.
• Knowledge of workshop coordination, quantitative analysis, behavioural analysis, design pattern recognition and design delivery.
• Experience with user experience strategy and agile methodologies.
