Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

Location: Charlotte, NC; hybrid and flexible work arrangement

Annual salary: $125,000–$160,000 based on experience, plus up to a 10% annual bonus.

What you will do

• Participate across the SDLC, including solution shaping, system design, ticket breakdown, coding, code review, deployment, monitoring, and reporting.
• Develop full-stack functionality across Ruby on Rails, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
• Design solutions and decompose complex epics into actionable work.
• Write tests and ensure quality before merging and releasing code.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, industry specialists, and other cross-functional teams.
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to platform-wide improvements across products at different maturity stages.

Requirements

• 4+ years of related professional experience.
• Professional experience with Ruby or React.
• Familiarity with both front-end and back-end web development.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical teammates.
• Willingness to work across the front end, back end, and database layers.
